VJ at Technofix Mt Eden is the man to see !!!! 😊 He just fixed my Huawei Android phone !!! (( I'd dropped it last night on the road & the on/off button & volume buttons were - Completely Jammed - in the phone rendering it useless to me !!! I am completely lost without a phone & it's gps. I was Extremly upset thinking I'd need to go thru all the rigmarole & expense of buying a new phone .. but alas No 😊😊) VJ fixed my phone & within the hour .. for $29 !! Just before the CV19 Emergency in NZ, I sought assistance from Technofix Mt Eden. A very skilful and obliging young man named Sharan Singh was patient with me and retrieved all my data from a defunct iPhone 3 and downloaded to office equipment then uploaded to my replacement iPhone 5. Time taken was quite lengthy but he progressed along with other customers enquiries/support. This was an example of excellence of service. I have already recommended this shop to others and have since returned for additional (unrelated issue) support. Thank you. ~ Cliff B

I took my laptop to Phone Care because it was not connecting to the internet. Jagdish the new owner kept it for a couple of days, worked on it and only charged me for the replacement part. He was very kind, efficient, and told me not to overpay if I was to buy a new one. This installed trust in me to continue business with him instead of being overwhelmed and upsold at bigger computer stores. Jagdish knows his stuff and I highly recommend this person and business for a stress free experience. ~ J B

Great experience with IPhone repair, simple way to send through phones, I live in Wellington and if it wasn’t for courier post mis sorting my devices I would have had both devices back to me within a few days due to the rapid response. How ever it took 5 days to be sent to Christchurch and sent back . Extremely happy with the result, I sent though 1 iPhone 6 and an iPhone 7 Plus both repaired to be brand new, would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a simple way to get their phones repaired. ~ Ashley M

Frankly, when I contacted Phone Care, I was not confident that my Samsung phone's screen would be repaired, mainly because of the fact that it is an old model (A12). I was pleasantly surprised that my screen was fixed and quickly even! It took about 30 minutes. The service was also very nice. Everything was explained to me clearly as well. Walked in from the street to have a mobile screen replaced. Assistant was pleasant and knowledgeable, gave my phone a quick test and said it’s only the screen needs replacing. Gave me a price matching the lowest I had seen and a repair time of 90 minutes. Picked the phone up at the time agreed, paid the price given and phone was perfect. Very frustrated customer. I got my Mac laptop screen replaced just over 3 months ago. It was 1 month over the 3 months warranty and the same problem with the screen occurred. They would not give me a refund nor replace the screen under warranty and said there is nothing we can do. They are saying it was physical damage. ~ Sarah B

Very helpful and honest. I thought I needed a new laptop battery, and even after they had ordered one, they did some analysis and said it did not need it, completed the necessary software upgrades to fix the issue and charged me much less than if I had got the battery replaced. They replaced my Macbook screen. They ordered the screen overnight and replaced it right after I dropped it off (it only took about an hour). Speedy, friendly service and one of the cheapest places I found. They also offer afterpay which i couldn't find anywhere else for this service. ~ ariel h
